Join LWVPPR members and guests at our annual Membership Kickoff Event, happening on Women's Equality Day.

Women's Equality Day is celebrated in the United States on August 26 to commemorate the 1920 adoption of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the United States on the basis of sex.

What better day for us to join with and celebrate the members of the League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region than on this special day!

Held at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts from 5pm-7pm, we're asking attendees to bring appetizers to share with everyone. We'll provide beverages. Please register to sign up for what you will bring and let us know if you will be bringing guests to introduce to the League.
